This is the perfect opportunity for a Building Manager or Property Manager who is looking to broaden their skills and step further into the operational side of building management within a leading national brand.

About the Role

As a Relief Building Manager, you will be provided with full onsite training and work across multiple Meriton buildings in Gold Coast, supporting our experienced Building Management team.

- Overseeing the day-to-day operationsof assigned buildings
- Liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting site inspectionsand assisting withleasing activities
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction




- Supporting building managers during periods of leave or increased workload
- You’ll be part of a vibrant and supportive management team with strong head office and administrative backing, ensuring you have the resources to succeed.

About You

- 1-2 years' experience in Property or Building Management
- Preferably Leasing experience and a current Real Estate Certificate or License
- A solid understanding of Strata and Body Corporate processes
- Availability to work Saturdays (4 hours) for leasing activities and be on-call for occasional after-hours issues (only when required)
- A proactive approach, robust communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- The ability to travel between Gold Coast buildings as required
