Job Summary

Deliver workplace-based training and assessment, support apprentices and employers, and maintain compliance requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Deliver and assess AMP30815 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher)
- Conduct workplace visits and student assessments
- Support apprentices and employers throughout the training journey
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records




- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications and Experience

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or higher
- Current retail butchery industry experience
- Experience delivering and assessing nationally recognised training
- Good computer and communication skills
