About the Role

Reporting to our Head of Experience, you’ll be a trusted contact for schools and preschools, answering questions, coordinating details and working with our internal teams to make photography days a success. Whether you’re preparing a school for its upcoming photo day or finding a solution to a tricky request, your care and follow-through will make a difference.

What you’ll do

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with schools and preschools.

- Providing friendly, timely support by phone and email.

- Coordinating bookings, timelines and requirements before and after photography day.

- Working closely with photography, sales, production, finance and other teams to keep jobs on track.

- Keeping client records, job details and internal systems accurate and up to date.

- Resolving queries and concerns with patience, confidence and a practical approach.

- Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and the experience we deliver.

What you’ll bring





- A customer-focused mindset, a mature and cheerful disposition, with an empathetic nature

- At least two years of proven experience in a customer service role

- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, with the ability to consistently adhere to rostered schedules and agreed working hours.

- Computer-literate with knowledge of Google applications and high-level, accurate keyboard skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to identify a customer's query and problem-solve

- Understanding of technology with a proactive nature towards learning new platforms

- The capacity to work independently and multitask across multiple screens with excellent time management skills

- Ability to cope and remain focused and calm in a busy setting
