The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority invites a Senior Property Advisor to join the in-house Corporate Legal, Land and Compliance team. You will manage land matters across the Cross River Rail project, focusing on construction and operational access, leases, licences and complex handbacks.

You will coordinate property activities across wide-ranging ownership, maintain land records, monitor agreements and dates, and provide independent, evidence-based advice to support decision making.
