You will be an integral part of Artisti's content engine. That means being heavily involved in planning, shooting, directing, editing, and publishing weekly YouTube video, then building the social content, ads and print material that carry it to customers. You will be integral in planning a full year of content ahead, guide on-camera presenters, and make sure everything published gives people a clear path to buy. This is a hands-on role for a creative who is also commercially minded: someone who can run a shoot in the morning and read the Google Analytics report in the afternoon.
Key responsibilities
Plan a 12-month YouTube calendar with the team including supporting social content, balancing product reviews, barista tips, wholesale and cafe-lead content, and brand storytelling
Script, photograph, film, direct, edit and publish one video each week minimum
Guide and coach presenters on camera, rotating them across topics and sales channels
Launch every video with supporting content across other platforms, with a product link, PDF download or buy-now call to action attached wherever possible
Run weekly Live-Streams
Produce social content across current and emerging platforms, including photography, short-form video and reels
Respond to customer comments and DM's and pass enquiries and leads to the right person in the team
Spot industry trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team
Create and manage Google, YouTube and Meta ads covering shopfront, wholesale, contract roasting, subscriptions and equipment
Track performance in Google Analytics and ad reporting, and report back to the team with clear recommendations
Curate video, images and content for product pages, collections and copy to help keep our online store accurate, optimised and well presented
Design in Canva and Illustrator for labels, banners, cards, flyers and in-store signage supporting content
Support email campaigns for retail and wholesale
Lead or support business projects including new website content, wholesale videomarketing content and digital funnel, contract roasting content, brand collaborations, and key moment campaigns
Travel nationally and internationally for work to industry events, trade shows, and coffee farm tours as required
About you
3-5 years' experience in content, social and digital marketing, ideally with e-commerce underpinning
Proven video skills: you can film, edit and publish polished YouTube content end to end, and show examples
Strong photography skills and a good eye for brand and design
Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilities – including copy writing skills
Strong understanding of working within various social media platforms
Working experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Confident with Shopify and Canva, and comfortable designing for both digital and print formats
Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, Lightroom and After Effects
Able to plan content a year ahead and deliver to a weekly schedule
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to direct presenters and give and receive feedback well
Organised, self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
