Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator for our Cootamundra facility. The role supports Registered Nurses and care staff in clinical management, delivering quality care and maintaining high standards.

You will lead and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, oversee care plans, and liaise with doctors and health professionals to ensure residents receive timely, person-centred care. This is a full time, Monday–Friday position.
