QBCC is seeking an Assessment Officer to investigate and assess claims under the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme. You will interpret legislation, determine customer entitlements, provide recommendations and support the progression of rectification works.
Work with homeowners, service providers and technical or legal specialists to ensure fair, timely outcomes. Roles can be filled from QBCC regional offices with adaptable work arrangements as needed.
