Sales Administration / Customer Service Officer (Casual)

TCL Electronics Australia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Administration / Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service. You will support our Sales team with order processing, customer enquiries and general sales administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with consignment and delivery tracking.

- Process customer orders and complete daily sales administration accurately and efficiently.

- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.

- Proactively manage backorders and follow up on outstanding invoices.

- Monitor open orders and make adjustments as required.

- Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets.

- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports.

- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.

- Assist with general administration and other ad hoc tasks as required.

About You





- At least one year's experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Positive problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork skills and confidence in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
