Tuga Pastries Australia is seeking a PASTRY PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER to join our café bakery team across Marrickville, Alexandria, Clovelly and the CBD. This hands-on role covers doughs, custards, fillings and sauces, with weighing, mixing, shaping, proving, baking and packing to deliver our signature pastries.

We offer full time and casual work with structured training, strict HACCP hygiene, and opportunities to grow into supervisory roles as we expand.
