At Performance Suspension (PSR) we’re a global leader in 4x4 design and manufacturing, and we’re looking for a Lead Fitter/Mechanic who actually cares about how a vehicle handles when the pavement ends.

Your Mission:

This isn’t a high-volume workshop. We focus on quality not quantity.

- Installs: You’ll be handling specialized suspension components and heavy-duty vehicle protection (bullbars, etc.) where installing the products "close enough" isn't good enough.

- Dialling it In: Mastering wheel alignments to ensure every vehicle leaves with PSR-spec handling, whether it's a street vehicle that handles on rails or a hardcore 4x4 maximising it's offroad flex.

- Extras:You’ll work with our R&D; and Dispatch/Packing teams assisting in the installation of recent products, giving feedback on components and installation guides to improve workflow.

- Downtime: When required,



you'll be jamming away listing to music to drown out the sound of the press while sleeving struts or pressing bushes into our suspension components.

- Workshop Standards: Keeping all the gear and the floor as sharp as the rigs we build.

- Expertise: You’ve spent serious time in accessory fitting and know your way around a vehicle.

- Mindset: You read instructions like a pro but think like an innovator. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

- Essentials: You’ve got your own core tools and a current Open (O) license.

- Team First: You’re proactive, you show up, and you actually enjoy the 4x4 lifestyle outside of work hours.
