Outcomes Connect Australia is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support people living with disability. You’ll focus on improving quality of life, reducing challenging behaviours and promoting rights.

You’ll work with a team of practitioners, a team leader and clinical advisors in a community-based setting near Warrnambool. You’ll engage in evidence-based practice, attend PBS training with the School of PBS and MedHealth Academy, and contribute to a supportive, values-led culture
