About the Role

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety — and who takes as much pride in getting the details right in a pharmacy as they do in how they come across to a client.

Day to day, you'll split your time between our Auchenflower pharmacy base and visiting the specialist medical clinics we service across Brisbane. In the pharmacy, you'll be hands‑on — supporting dispensary staff with order preparation, packing, labelling, stock management, and general pharmacy operations. Out in the field, you'll be the face of Brands Ophthalmic Plus — visiting clinics, fulfilling their service needs, and building the trusted relationships that underpin everything we do.

It's a role that suits someone equally comfortable in a pharmacy environment and in front of a practice manager or clinic coordinator.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting dispensary staff with order preparation, packing, and labelling
- Managing stock, coordinating orders, and supporting general pharmacy operations
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy protocols




- Supporting the broader team with admin and coordination tasks
- Visiting specialist medical clinics across Brisbane and SEQ as a regular, trusted point of contact
- Fulfilling clinic orders and service requirements accurately and within required timeframes
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clinic staff and practice managers
- Representing Brands Ophthalmic Plus professionally in every interaction
- Proactively identifying clinic needs and escalating issues where required

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

- A professional presentation and confident, warm communication style
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a pharmacy context
- Solid organisational skills and reliability — both the pharmacy and our clinics count on you
- A genuine service ethic and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A current driver's licence
- Experience as a pharmacy assistant or in a pharmacy workplace
- Dispensing experience or familiarity with PBS workflows
- Exposure to a specialist, medical centre, or clinical environment
- Experience in a client-facing or relationship-based role
