HCLTech Australia and Current Zealand is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support, take inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware, software and applications, and document steps in the ticketing system while coordinating with supervisors to ensure consistent service across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Windows desktop support experience, familiarity with Windows 7–10, Active Directory, MS Office 365, printer and hardware troubleshooting, and
