We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, organisation, and working with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and accounts receivable

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Payroll processing and superannuation compliance

Cash flow management

Workers Compensation and Payroll Tax reporting

Preparing and presenting monthly P&Ls;

Preparation and lodgement of BAS

Maintaining accurate financial records

Liaising with suppliers and senior staff regarding queries and deadlines

Supporting external accountants with year-end and compliance work

About You

Minimum 5 years experience with multi-client bookkeeping





Excellent attention to detail and time management

Robust communication skills and client confidence

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time Salary

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus incentive

Experience:

XERO: Minimum 5 years (required)

Google applications exposure an advantage

Advanced spreadsheet and database skills

Strong analytical and problem solving attributes

End to end financial reporting
