Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS) is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Huntingwood team. You'll design and improve refrigerated transport products and work closely with our workshop and operations teams to deliver practical, compliant solutions. What you'll do
- Design and modify refrigeration and vehicle-body components using 3D CAD
- Prepare drawings, specifications and bills of materials
- Support prototyping, testing, installation and commissioning
- Investigate faults and recommend engineering solutions
- Ensure designs meet Australian Standards and ADR requirements
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in product design, manufacturing or a similar environment
- CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or Inventor)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Current Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence
- Desirable: refrigeration, HVAC or heavy vehicle experience
