Everyday Independence is seeking Youth Lead Practitioners to support adolescents and young adults aged 9–25 as they navigate life with a disability, from adolescence through to early adulthood.
No Two Days Will Be The Same: you will lead the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package and serve as the main contact for participants and their families, using assessment and intervention skills to help achieve goals.
