Solicitor - Litigation Lawyer (1-3 Years Experience)

Position Summary

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will:

Manage and support litigation cases from inception through to resolution.

Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.

Work closely with senior lawyers to expand into general commercial and insolvency matters.

Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Handle litigation files, meet deadlines, and drive matters forward efficiently.

Legal Analysis: Analyse facts, prepare persuasive documents, and appear in court.

Commercial & Insolvency Exposure: Contribute to growing areas of commercial law and insolvency.

Client Interaction: Build robust client relationships with tailored, practical advice.

Requirements

1-3 years PAE in litigation with solid experience in research and case management.

Genuine interest in developing skills in commercial and insolvency law.





Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
