Job Description

Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing with a stable roster? This is a great opportunity to join a high-quality manufacturing environment as a Production Operator Trainee where you'll earn while you learn and complete a Certificate III in Process Manufacturing. No experience is required - full training is provided.

We're looking for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn and build a long-term career in manufacturing. Available shifts include Day Shift - Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm

Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday - - 3pm-11pm 12-hr Rosters on 3-4 day rotations

About the Role

As a Trainee Production Operator, you'll learn how to work safely and confidently in a clean, regulated production environment. You'll be trained across different stages of the manufacturing process and supported by experienced team members throughout your traineeship. You'll gain experience in:

- Packaging products
- Operating production machinery
- Assisting with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Completing quality checks and documentation
- Following safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

- You must be eligible to undertake a traineeship (Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- Appointment is subject to a pre-employment medical
- Reliable personal transport is required as public transport is not available
- Applicants must be available to work the roster outlined above
