TAL is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our Group Life initiatives in Sydney. You will partner with business and engineering teams to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and support our digital change programs across the product lifecycle.

The role focuses on process improvement, customer experience, and delivering intuitive solutions while applying Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban. Familiarity with life insurance is highly desirable.
