Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist (Registered Nurse) to drive quality, safety and compliance across ACT and rural NSW aged care services. The role is full time and mobile, with travel to multiple locations and at least two overnight stays monthly.

You will provide clinical quality advice, coach teams, oversee audits and incident management, and embed continuous improvement practices to ensure person-centred care across the region.
