Elysium Manly is seeking an experienced Senior Chef with proficient knife skills to join our luxury ocean-front hotel at the Manly Pacific. This full-time role supports the Executive Chef with menu development, food standards, and effective kitchen operations.

You will work in a fast-paced, detail‑driven environment, ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock and presentation, and mentor junior staff while delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
