The Legal Practitioners’ Liability Committee (LPLC) invites a seasoned professional indemnity solicitor to join its Claims team in Melbourne. You will manage a portfolio of PI claims and support insured practitioners, applying your robust background in insurance or commercial litigation to assess liability, quantum and policy coverage.

Reporting to the Head of Claims, you will shape settlement strategies, instruct panel solicitors, and engage with insured practitioners and legal stakeholders
