Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park’s Joseph's Restaurant seeks a capable Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section, owning the dessert and pastry offering in a heritage setting.

Working with the Executive and Sous Chefs, you will design desserts, develop the menu, and bring seasonal, produce-driven ideas to menu changes, while training junior team members and maintaining high standards of safety and presentation.
