What you'll be doing

- Supporting a Partner and wider legal team;
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence;
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings;
- Assisting with brief preparation and court documents;
- Monthly billing and matter administration;
- Opening and closing files;
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders; and




- Providing day-to-day practice and administrative support.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 12 months of experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or law firm support role;
- Is organised, proactive and eager to learn;
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment;
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work;
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team; and
- Is looking to build a long-term career in legal support.
