We're seeking an experienced HR skilled to support two directorates in a true business partnering role. Working closely with Executives and senior leaders, you'll provide strategic workforce advice across change management, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and organisational development.

- Partner directly with Directors and senior leaders
- Lead and support change management and organisational projects
- Coach managers on people leadership and workforce challenges
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning and restructures
- Interpret awards, legislation and HR policy
- Support engagement survey actions and workforce initiatives
- Build effective relationships within a unionised environment
- Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, L&D; and WHS teams

About You

- HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Strong change management capability
- Knowledge of awards, legislation and workforce planning
- Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent coaching and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a large, complex organisation preferred
