What You’ll Do:

- Source and connect with skilled blue-collar candidates in the rail industries live key turn projects throughout the state, have a chance to interact on live rail depot facilitates & workshops
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, with the opportunity to attend industry events which showcase current & future inventive industry products & projects.
- Develop meaningful relationships & build talent pools with rail industry professionals.




- Coordinate interviews, placements, and workforce management
- Learn from experienced recruiters and grow into a 360° consultant
- Achieve targets and earn uncapped commission

What We’re Looking For:

- Driven and ambitious individuals eager to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous sales, customer service, or blue-collar industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- Resilience and a proactive attitude
