OSMEN Outdoor Furniture is looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented team member to maintain our website, manage product listings and create simple promotional materials. Experience in supplier communication or purchasing support would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the company website and keep product information accurate and up to date.

- Upload current products, including images, descriptions, specifications and pricing.

- Remove outdated or out-of-stock products as required.

- Create simple advertisements and promotional materials, and update website promotions.

- Contact suppliers to obtain product images, specifications, quotations and other information.

- Where experienced, assist with placing supplier orders and following up on order progress and delivery schedules.

About You





- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow tasks through to completion.

- Comfortable using website administration tools and performing basic image editing.

- Able to work with English product information and communicate effectively in English.

- Chinese language skills would be an advantage, particularly for communicating with suppliers and working with product information.

- Skills in Canva, Photoshop or similar tools are an advantage.

- Experience in e-commerce, furniture or purchasing support is preferred.

Location: Smithfield, Sydney
Employment: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills
