Jobwire is looking for a reliable, hands‑on Forklift Operator to join a busy meat processing team. This is an ongoing day‑shift role operating in a fast‑paced production workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Operating a counterbalance forklift to move pallets into freezers and blast freezers at -10°C
- Loading and unloading trucks in the yard
- Moving and storing stock across production and warehouse areas
- Operating pumps to transfer product into plate freezers
- Manually handling frozen product blocks onto conveyors and pallets
- Operating the palletiser
- Keeping production and processing areas clean, safe and tidy

About you

- Meat processing or manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and cold environments
- A strong commitment to safety, hygiene and following procedures
- Reliable, punctual and ready to be part of a team
- Consistent 6AM–2PM hours
- Ongoing work with an industry leader in meat processing
