Summary:

Join our dedicated team as an Aged Care Support Worker in Woy Woy. You will provide essential support and care to elderly individuals, ensuring their comfort and well‑being. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients’ conditions.




- Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well‑being.
- Ensure a safe and clean living workplace for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient approach to care.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- National Police Check.
