PureBean Coffee is a growing national coffee company, and we're looking for an organised, motivated and hands-on Service Operations Manager to join our Brisbane team.

Working directly alongside our General Manager, you'll help coordinate daily operations, support our service technicians and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

- Planning and scheduling daily service runs.
- Coordinating and supporting our field service technicians.
- Managing customer calls, emails and service bookings.
- Overseeing stock, equipment and spare parts.
- Resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Helping improve efficiency and internal processes.

About You

- Experience in service coordination, operations or team management.




- Robust organisational and communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Coffee industry experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
