Marketing Specialist – Graphic Design & Social Media

Amir Prestige is seeking a creative, motivated and highly organised Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic in-house marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with a robust eye for graphic design, a passion for social media and the ability to create polished content within a fast-paced luxury real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

- Design social media content, digital advertising, brochures, signboards, presentations, EDMs and campaign materials

- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Instagram and Facebook

- Manage social media calendars and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time

- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager

- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach and lead generation

- Assist with photography, videography, reels and short-form video content

- Maintain consistency across all brand communications and marketing materials

- Support property launches, auction campaigns, events and company-wide marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with agents, photographers, videographers, suppliers and internal departments





- Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced workplace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of two to three years’ experience in marketing, social media or graphic design

- Strong graphic design skills and a polished creative portfolio

- Advanced experience using Canva

- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and Meta Business Suite

- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting and campaign reporting

- Experience creating reels, stories, carousels and other engaging digital content

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

- A strong understanding of branding, typography and visual presentation

- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

- A proactive attitude and willingness to work within a fast-moving environment

Experience within real estate, property or luxury marketing will be highly regarded.
