- Potential involvement in storm response and emergency support activities when required

Location Dee Why (2 days) and Artarmon (1 day) per week
Location allocation may vary week to week.

About the Role

- Reporting to the Operations team, you will provide critical support to field crews, supervisors, and site managers by coordinating work activities, dispatching resources, managing operational systems, and assisting with procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational and administrative support to field teams and site managers.
- Schedule, plan and issue work through the Works Management System.




- Monitor work completion and provide real-time support to field staff and customers.
- Coordinate responses to network outages, hazards and unplanned events.
- Assist with storm response activities and major network incidents.
- Process procurement requests, Statements of Work (SOWs) and invoice receipting.
- Maintain accurate customer, asset and operational records.

Primary Skills

- Robust Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing records, customer data or asset information systems
- Understanding of operational environments and field workforce coordination
- Experience with procurement, invoicing or payment processes

Highly Regarded

- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications or field services environments.
- Understanding of electricity distribution networks and related operations.
