Customer Service Junior Account management

Ramo Collection is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join the team in a Customer Service / Junior Account Manager role. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow within a stable Australian company.

Key responsibilities

- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
- Process customer orders accurately
- Help customers with product and stock information
- Support newer customer accounts
- Follow up quotes and order enquiries
- Work closely with warehouse team to make sure orders go out on time
- Help with dispatch during busy periods
- Grow customer accounts

About you

- Friendly and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively




- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to work in a rapid-paced team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience helpful (but not required)
- Training provided
- Supportive team environment to let you grow and learn
