Fallshaw Wheels & Castors and Electrodrive Mobility Solutions (tugs, powered trolleys etc)(sister companies) are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia. We are currently seeking an Internal Sales/Trade Counter Sales person for our BUSYSilverwater Showroom (ten minutes from Parramatta, just off the M4). You'll be specifying and selling; a large range of wheels & castors, manual handling solutions including scissor lift trolleys, conveyors, bin lifters, tugs, spring loaded pallet positioners, pallet trucks and industrial trolleys.

About the Role:

This position is a combination role: internal showroom sales and customer service AND external customer visits (visiting established customers, and visiting current customers who have requested a rep visit). No cold calls. This position also includes receiving stock to replenish the showroom shelves and picking and packing orders when goods are urgent and cannot be sent from the factory. It also includes sales order processing and answering phones.

This role will eventually (after extensive training and mentoring) handle all aspects of retail operations:





- Serve customers and assist them in product selection (which requires computer skills to enter sales orders).
- Answer phones.
- Enter orders.
- Pick and pack orders, replenish display stands to present stock in an appealing way, receive stock, store and dispatch goods.
- Load and unload trucks using a walkie stacker (no license required).
- Manage stock (place replenishment orders from the factory and then merchandise the display stands)
- External sales to visit customers by appointment (no cold calls) - using the company-owned service van. Merchandise distributor stock. Specify products required. Demonstrate materials handling equipment.
