Universal Store in Sydney seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to step into a Store Manager role. You will own a store, lead a passionate team and drive customer experience and commercial success.

You’ll develop future leaders, manage day‑to‑day operations, rostering, budgets and merchandising while upholding the brand's values across a busy retail workplace on a Tuesday–Saturday roster including late-night trade.
