Care Connect is seeking compassionate Home Care Support Workers to help Australians stay independent and connected in their own homes across Sydney CBD and surrounding areas. Casual and Permanent Part time opportunities available, with shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, and social companionship while building meaningful relationships with clients in the local community.
