We are seeking an experienced manager with an interest in the rural sector to lead our Nagambie store in northeast Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major rural merchandise business with 10 stores across northeast Victoria.

This key leadership role is responsible for the profitability and growth of the Nagambie branch, with the goal of maximising returns to the group. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will lead the branch and develop its team (Small team of 2 Staff). You will bring a robust track record in rural retail, a passion for sales and customer service, excellent organisational skills, sound procurement knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, the field services team and branch staff.

Extensive product knowledge in one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:



equine products, animal health and nutrition, agricultural chemicals, pasture seeds, and hardware supplies.

Preference will be given to applicants who go the extra mile for customers and value positive leadership in creating a strong team culture.

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant. The package also includes a company vehicle, mobile phone and bonus scheme.
