BWT Pool Products Lincoln Pty Ltd – Seventeen Mile Rocks QLD

We are looking for a Warehouse Stores Person Tech Support who is reliable and motivated to join our busy team in Seventeen Miles Rocks facility. This role would suit a stores person with technical aptitude who is willing to learn all facets of robotic pool cleaner and associated equipment diagnosis and repairs. Your new role will be demanding and range from assisting with normal warehouse functions to repairs of robotic pool cleaners. Your main function will range from day-to-day dependent on business needs. You are happy to deal with customers face to face, over the phone and via email. At times you may also be required in assisting customers at our trade counter, so yes, the job will be varied and offers a mixture of functionalities.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in daily warehouse functionalities including inbound and outbound
- Diagnose and repair robotic pool cleaners and associated equipment
- Prepare all documentation and computer transactions in D365 and Excel based spreadsheets
- Serving and assisting customers at our trade counter

About you

- Technically minded
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
- Previous warehouse experience preferably in a WMS workplace but not essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment




- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Manual driver's license
- Ability to work autonomously and a decision maker
