1 Hotel & Homes Melbourne is seeking a friendly and qualified Concierge Attendant to welcome guests, offer local recommendations and assist with luggage, transport bookings and special requests. You will work flexibly across shifts to ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

You will collaborate with Bell Desk, Concierge and Valet teams, using hotel systems to manage requests and remember guest preferences, maintaining a calm, thoughtful service even when busy.
