Occupational Therapist: Lead our OT service

You will lead the OT service at Gold Star Therapy. You will be the OT in the clinic, with real ownership of how OT works here. You will see children and families in the clinic, in homes and the community. Most clients are NDIS funded. You will lead how OT works at Gold Star: your assessments, your resources and your processes. You will work alongside speech pathologists on shared clients, and teach the team what OT adds. You will join weekly supervision and fortnightly team professional development, and set the standard for OT at Gold Star.

About you

- Registered OT with AHPRA
- Experienced OT who wants to lead and take ownership of the OT service
- Independent and coachable; you take initiative and like feedback




- Passionate about working with children and families
- Arabic language skills are a bonus, not a requirement
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 plus super and travel
- Travel: kilometres reimbursed for mobile sessions
- PD budget: $2,000 a year, plus 2 days of paid PD leave
- Weekly supervision and support, plus time with clinic owner and team
- Fortnightly team professional development
- Hybrid work: clinic-based with mobile sessions; Fridays adaptable

Gold Star Therapy is a speech pathology clinic for children and their families in Bass Hill. We opened in April 2026. Families trust us and keep coming back. Our team has grown fast. We take the time to understand each child and each family. Our team books time with each other and with the owner, not only at weekly supervision. We would rather have a close team that talks than a clinic of people who run past each other.
