The Role

The responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Officer role will include, but not be limited to:

- AP processing – coding approx. 200 invoices per week
- Multiple credit card reconciliations
- Maintain aged Payables list and keep suppliers up to date
- Manage verification of new vendors, including setting up in the system
- Train new starters on the expense system

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Payable role, you should meet the following criteria:

- 3+ years in an AP Officer position
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work well in a team environment
