Fresh Hope Communities is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Quality and Education Lead in NSW. This permanent, full time role (38 hours per week) focuses on strengthening quality, compliance, and workforce capability across a single Home.

You will work with the Leadership, Clinical and Residential Care teams to ensure residents are heard, valued and cared for as needs change.
