The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on and tech-savvy National Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor to join our team at our new Banksmeadow facility.

You’ll take ownership of our Sydney warehouse operations while helping coordinate and improve fulfilment performance across our national network.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting involved, solving problems, leading people and finding smarter ways to operate.

We're not looking for someone to simply maintain existing processes. We want someone who can help us improve them.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Running daily warehouse and fulfilment operations at our Sydney facility.

- Leading warehouse staff and driving productivity, accuracy and accountability.





- Coordinating fulfilment performance across our Melbourne and Brisbane facilities.

- Managing relationships and performance with external 3PL partners nationally.

- Overseeing inventory accuracy, stock control, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Monitoring KPIs and maintaining consistent operational standards.

- Using warehouse management systems, reporting and technology to improve efficiency.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Working closely with management and customers to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in warehousing, fulfilment or logistics operations.

- Strong computer skills and confidence using warehouse management systems.

- A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership.

- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Solid attention to detail and organisational ability.

- A genuine interest in technology, systems and operational improvement.

- Someone who is equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and behind a computer.

- Ambition to grow professionally and take on greater responsibility.

Experience overseeing multiple warehouses or 3PL operations would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

We value attitude, capability and initiative over job titles or years of experience.
