The Collaroy Centre, operated by The Salvation Army, is seeking a Casual Kitchen Hand to support catering operations on site. You will help maintain cleanliness of equipment and dining areas, wash dishes, and assist with basic kitchen duties across shifts typically from 7am–3pm or 5pm–8pm.

Experience as a kitchen hand is desirable and food hygiene training is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and meeting deadlines in a busy setting.
