WE'RE HIRING

CASUAL DUTY MANAGER WANTED

Got boss energy, know your way around a pub, and can keep your cool when the bar is deep and everyone wants a schooner at once

We’re on the hunt for a confident, fun Casual Duty Manager who knows how to run a great shift, lead a crew and keep the good times rolling

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Current RSA & RCG
- Robust leadership skills — you can lead a team
- A cool head under pressure — even when the pub is absolutely pumping
- Great communication skills, a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump behind the bar, clear tables or stack a few chairs
- A problem solver who can make decisions, handle tricky situations and still crack a smile

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

- A fantastic crew who work hard and have a laugh along the way
- A friendly country pub with a great community behind it
- A workplace where teamwork isn’t just a word — it’s how we roll

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to hold the keys and tell everyone what to do. We want someone who leads from the front, gets stuck in and knows how to have a laugh while getting the job done

Bring the experience. Bring the personality. Bring the banter.
