You will work with employees, leaders and HR to develop and manage Return to Work strategies that support positive, sustainable outcomes.
The role includes designing compliant rehabilitation programs, managing RC cases under SRC Act, and contributing to a proactive HSE culture with adaptable, hybrid work options.
