KBR is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Specialist to manage graduate and internship recruitment from attraction through onboarding. You will work with hiring managers, universities and students to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities include university engagement, screening, interviews and campaigns, with a clear pathway to a longer-term role within KBR's Talent Acquisition team. A proactive, cooperative approach is essential.
