Sephora in Blacktown is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand new store and guide a team of Beauty Advisors and Department Managers on a Full time (38hr) basis. You will drive a selling culture, manage day-to-day operations, and leverage data with the district manager to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Reporting to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for KPI achievement, talent development, and maintaining Sephora's luxury brand
