Royal Freemasons is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead clinical operations at Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care. The role is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term maternity leave contract, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, Mount Martha Valley.

You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure secure, high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
