The District Nurses (TDN) is a not-for-profit organisation helping clients live and age well at home in Tasmania. We’re seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist in the Launceston region with personal care, companionship and everyday tasks to support independence.
You will help with shopping, light housework, meal prep and social engagement, enabling clients to live with dignity near their own community. A driver licence and checks are required for this hands-on role.
